COACH | Spark Homestead

Coaches will develop close, supportive relationships with students to guide their treatment progression and implement clinical treatment plans outlined by the treatment team. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe environment, participating in various student activities, using intervention techniques during escalations, and transporting students to appointments.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and possess the physical ability to provide necessary interventions, such as safety holds. A valid driver's license is required, with restrictions on traffic violations, to operate company vehicles for student transport.
