Regulation Team | Elevate Academy

The primary responsibility involves effectively handling and de-Escalating crisis situations to ensure safety, while also developing supportive relationships with students to coach them through their treatment progression. Team members must implement clinical treatment plans, maintain a safe environment, and participate in various activities with the students.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old, possess the physical ability to provide interventions like safety holds, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transporting students. Essential abilities include demonstrated coaching skills, assertiveness in learning about mental health, good energy, problem-Solving skills, and proficiency in english.
