The primary duties involve supervising students during the night shift to ensure a safe and secure environment, utilizing intervention techniques as needed to redirect students during escalated moments. Responsibilities also include waking students in the morning and ensuring all required paperwork and documentation are completed effectively.

Candidates must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the night shift, possessing the energy to assist students in the morning. Essential abilities include demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring adolescents, assertiveness for continuous learning in mental health, and strong problem-Solving, decisiveness, and communication skills.
