COACH | Spark Academy

Life coaches will develop supportive relationships with students to guide their treatment progression, implement clinical treatment plans, and ensure a safe and caring environment. They will also participate in various activities with students and properly use intervention techniques during escalated moments.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and physically capable of providing necessary interventions, including safety holds. A valid driver's license is required, with no more than one traffic violation in the past three years for student transportation.
