Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing therapy notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30 pounds and assuming various postures for extended periods. Strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to act with integrity are essential for this role.
