The counselor is responsible for providing personal and career counseling to students to boost employability and ensure program success, which includes identifying and resolving barriers to success and developing individualized career educational plans. This role also involves comprehensive case management, establishing supportive relationships, and ensuring strict confidentiality and integrity of student data.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, including a minimum of 15 semester hours in social services-Related instruction from an accredited school. A minimum of one year of experience in counseling or a related field is required, along with a valid in-State driver's license meeting insurability requirements.
