Safety Officer (61388)

The safety officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working and learning environment for all students and staff by interpreting and evaluating safety policies and managing the center's safety program. This includes coordinating safety training, conducting inspections, ensuring osha compliance, and completing all required accident and injury reports.

A minimum of a four-Year degree is required, along with at least one year of experience in safety management or a related field, and a mandatory osha certification. Candidates must also possess a valid in-State driver's license and meet physical requirements including the ability to lift 40 pounds.
