Transitional Coach

Transitional coaches support young adults in the workforce development program by building strong relationships, checking in weekly, and helping them set and achieve short-Term and long-Term goals. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, tracking progress, connecting youth to essential community resources like housing and food, and removing barriers to program engagement.

Candidates must demonstrate a deep commitment to young people, possess a relentless and proactive approach to relationship building, and remain calm under stress. A minimum of two years of experience working with youth in areas like youth development or case management is required, though a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
