RN L&D

The registered nurse (Rn) is responsible for applying professional nursing principles, including recording medical history, performing diagnostic tests, operating equipment, administering treatments, and establishing or contributing to patient care plans. This role also involves teaching patients and families, providing direction to licensed practical nurses and aides, and precepting new staff and students.

Candidates must possess at least one year of labor & delivery (L&d) experience and meet educational requirements, which mandate an associate's degree or diploma in nursing, with a requirement to complete a bsn within 60 months if applicable. Essential certifications include basic life support (Bls) and an active registered nurse (Rn) license in arizona.
