Advanced Adaptive Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering value-Driven skill development programs aligned with ymca objectives, leading activities with enthusiasm and positive motivation. Duties also include managing program records, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating effectively with participants and parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a minimum of one year of prior teaching or instructional experience. Applicants need the ability to develop and teach skills, use technology for programmatic needs, and obtain all required certifications within 90 days of hiring.
