Community Living Coach

The community living coach is responsible for ensuring that supported individuals receive necessary supports to be active in their communities while maintaining dignity and respect. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living skills, transportation, and documentation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with two years of experience in a residential setting preferred. Cna/Gna certification and cpr/First aid certifications are also preferred.
