Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba, providing one-On-One support to help clients build essential communication, social, and daily living skills. This role involves collecting accurate data on client progress and adhering strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

Candidates must possess a hands-On cpr certification for adults and infants and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Required qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to follow behavior plans, and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
