Employment Coach

The employment coach will provide community-Based assistance to youth and adults seeking vocational skills and independence through employment in various industries, focusing on preparation, education, training, job search, placement, and coaching support authorized by the division of rehabilitation services (Dors). The primary service areas for this position include harford county, cecil county, and baltimore county.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate degree in a related field is preferred, along with one to three years of experience working with people with differing abilities. Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to work autonomously in community settings.
