Counselors will build positive relationships with campers and engage in various camp activities. They will work collaboratively with other counselors to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers.
Experience working or volunteering with youth is preferred, along with the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications. Candidates should bring a caring, responsible, and flexible attitude to the role.

Experience working or volunteering with youth in a recreation, or similar setting, preferred Must be willing and able to obtain CPR & First Aid Certifications, or currently hold Must be available to attend camp trainings before and throughout camp season Able to bring a patient, caring, responsible, flexible and positive attitude to work Position Specifics: Camp season runs 06/22/26 through 08/21/26 and must be able to work most of the camp weeks Pay range $12.75 - $15.00 hr depending upon experience Year-round employment opportunities are available with the YMCA.
