Head Start Teacher Assistant

The head start teacher assistant is responsible for protecting the health and safety of children, assisting with effective teaching, and providing a supportive learning environment. They will also engage with parents and support the implementation of curricula aligned with child development outcomes.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and a child development associate credential or be enrolled in a related program. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and two years of experience in a preschool setting.
