Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher is responsible for assisting in the education and daily program of a head start or early head start classroom. This includes ensuring safety, providing individual attention to children, and assisting with educational experiences.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with preferred experience of two years in a preschool classroom setting. Candidates must also possess reliable transportation and pass various background checks.
