Core responsibilities
As a job coach, you will provide skill training and ongoing support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. You will also coordinate with employers and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, and experience in disability services is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must also be able to lift over 50 lbs and possess a valid u.s. Driver's license.
