Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)

The behavioral health technician (Bht) is responsible for delivering one-To-One services to identified children/Adolescents and their families to decrease maladaptive behaviors across home, school, and community settings. This includes implementing interventions based on treatment plans and providing necessary crisis intervention when required.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree, along with one year of full-Time experience supporting youth or young adults in mental health services. Required certifications include the bcat, and candidates must pass pennsylvania-Specific background clearances.
