Adoption Recruiter

The adoption recruiter is responsible for identifying families for children in need of adoption and facilitating the matching process. They will also communicate with families and support children in understanding their adoption goals.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a human services field and at least two years of child welfare experience, with one year of adoption experience preferred. A current cwcm certification through the florida certification board is also required.
