Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler teacher is responsible for implementing the aea curriculum through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while fostering a love for learning in young minds. Key duties include conducting child assessments, holding formal parent meetings, maintaining classroom appearance and safety, and planning/Implementing lesson plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a child development associate (Cda) credential or higher education/Training in early childhood education. Required attributes include classroom teaching experience in an accredited facility, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and high levels of professionalism and dependability.
