Surgical Tech Intern-RIH

This internship involves supervised, on-The-Job learning within sterile processing and the operating room, focusing on developing foundational knowledge for an entry-Level surgical technologist role upon program completion. Responsibilities include assisting with instrument assembly, maintaining sterile environments, supporting surgical setups, and adhering to safety and infection control policies.

Candidates must be actively enrolled and participating in an accredited surgical technologist program, such as the one aligned with the new england institute of technology curriculum. A high school diploma or ged is required, and american heart association bls certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
