Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Evenings 3pm-8pm and Weekends

Direct support professionals assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving independence, maintaining health, developing daily living skills, and engaging fully in their home and community environments. This includes providing support for personal care, household chores, skill training, medication assistance, and behavioral support while ensuring health and safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and reliable transportation with valid car insurance and a first aid kit. Preferred experience includes one year working with individuals with disabilities, along with the ability to communicate with courtesy, tact, and good judgment.
