Core responsibilities
The therapist is responsible for delivering intensive therapeutic services using a multi-Model, trauma-Informed approach to individuals, groups, or families, primarily in a home setting. This role also involves conducting assessments, providing caseload consultation, maintaining high-Quality clinical documentation, and facilitating treatment plan implementation with caregivers.
Requirements summary
A master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology is required, along with two years of experience serving at-Risk youth or individuals with serious mental illness, including training in assessments and treatment planning. Candidates must maintain a valid florida driver's license, pass background checks, and obtain certifications like cpr/First aid and de-Escalation training.
