Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's degree in a human services related field preferred, along with at least one year of experience in a residential setting or equivalent combination. Candidates must be at least 23 years old with a minimum of six months experience working with children, possess a valid florida driver's license, and maintain required certifications like cpr/First aid.
