The residential counselor supports individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while providing evidence-Based treatment and care. They assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and ensure the health, safety, and well-Being of individuals.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
