ConnectHome Program Coordinator

The connecthome program coordinator will promote and coordinate services to ensure program initiatives and goals are met. This includes serving as a liaison, coordinating activities, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with two years of experience in program services. Strong communication, problem-Solving skills, and proficiency in ms office are also required.
