School Based Behavioral Health Coach II - Durant Schools - Durant Oklahoma

The behavioral health coach provides targeted support services, including case management, rehabilitation, and wellness services, assisting children and families in navigating systems and applying skills outside of clinical settings. Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Education, psychology, social work, etc.) or be a licensed rn in oklahoma, with one year of preferred experience working with juveniles in mental health or social services.
