Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will evaluate and assess children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and ifsps. They will also perform service coordination functions to ensure desired outcomes for families and children are met.

A valid physical therapy license in the state of connecticut is required, along with a valid u.s. Driver's license and acceptable driving history. Internet access, a cell phone, and reliable transportation are also necessary.
