Simulated Patient

Standardized patients simulate individuals in medical, behavioral, and emotional scenarios, often undergoing physical examinations by students and faculty as part of the learning experience. Responsibilities include accurately replicating scripted scenarios, providing constructive feedback to learners, and completing detailed assessment tools.

Candidates must be able to read and memorize lines, demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively, and be coached by an educator to consistently replicate case scenarios accurately. Flexibility in scheduling and basic computer skills for communication and surveys are also required.
