Teacher Assistant

The teacher assistant will assist the lead teacher in maintaining records on each child's progress and implementing daily activities based on child development principles. They will also help create a safe and organized classroom environment and support the inclusion of children with special needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college credits in early childhood education preferred. A teacher assistant certification and prior experience in head start or upk programs are also preferred.
