Case Planner EFFC

The case planner is responsible for ensuring the safety, permanency, and well-Being of children in foster care by leading service planning activities. This includes monitoring safety through casework contacts, coordinating service plans, and facilitating family interactions.

A bachelor's degree and a driver's license are required for this position, with prior experience preferred. The role also necessitates the ability to perform essential job functions and handle recurring problems.
