Core responsibilities
Empowerment coaches will work one-On-One with youth to create individual goals and provide social and emotional support. They will build trusting relationships, help navigate challenges, and connect youth to resources and opportunities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working with at-Risk populations or an associate’s degree with 4 years of experience. The role requires a long-Term commitment to working with youth and the ability to work with diverse populations.
