Community Habilitation Specialist

The community habilitation specialist provides ongoing training and personal assistance to participants with disabilities to promote independence and community inclusion. They work with minimal supervision, following individualized habilitation plans and fostering empowerment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to read, write, and speak english. Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred, along with successful completion of required in-Service training.
