YOUR YMCA Sports Site Supervisor (YOUTH) - TEMPLATE

The site supervisor supports the ymca's mission by ensuring the well-Being and positive experience of participants in sports activities. They are responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment while managing risk and building relationships with participants and spectators.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the assigned program area. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and previous experience working with children are preferred.
