Core responsibilities
As a bc or bcba, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized aba treatment plans. You will also supervise and train registered behavior technicians and engage with families to ensure effective treatment.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and be either certified as a bcba or in the process of certification. Evening availability 2-3 days a week is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.
