Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a bcba, you will assess, develop, and oversee individualized aba treatment plans for young clients while mentoring and supervising bcba candidates and rbts. You will also provide training and guidance to families to support continued progress beyond sessions.

Candidates must have a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with bcba certification and a license as a behavior analyst in maryland. Evening availability 2-3 days a week is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
