Assistant Teacher - Elon, NC

The assistant teacher will ensure the well-Being and development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers by supporting progressive inquiry-Based learning through positive interaction and interactive play. This role also involves closely supervising children, adhering to safety protocols, and performing the head teacher's duties when necessary.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of professional experience working with children aged 0-5 and ideally hold a child development associate (Cda) or an associate's in early childhood education (Ece), along with nc child development credentials i and ii. Applicants must be flexible, communicative team players who value building trusting relationships and possess a strong foundation in child development.
