Core responsibilities
The fellow will primarily manage aspects of the elon 1010 first-Year seminar program, including leading recruitment and hiring for peer educators, assisting with their training and supervision, and teaching a first-Year seminar course while advising a caseload of students. Additionally, the role involves success coaching for special population students and collaborating on campus-Wide programming related to first-Year experience and academic success.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have completed a graduate degree in a related field or be in the final semester with a graduation date before july 13, 2026, and commit to the full 10-Month appointment starting on that date. Required skills include an interest in first-Year experience programs, outstanding communication abilities, effective multi-Tasking, and a strong customer service orientation.
