Core responsibilities
The fellow will collaborate with the academic accommodations and accessibility team to ensure students with disabilities receive legally required accommodations and support services, involving case management and accommodation implementation. Additionally, the role includes providing strengths-Based coaching to students focusing on self-Advocacy, executive functioning, academic planning, and effective communication with faculty.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have completed or be in the final semester of a graduate degree in a related field such as special education, social work, or higher education administration. Preferred experience includes first-Year programs, program assessment, and diversity education, and applicants must commit to the full 10-Month appointment starting july 13, 2026.
