Provide individual, group, and family therapy for youth with intense behavioral needs in day treatment programs. Coordinate clinical care through case management, treatment planning, and collaboration with school personnel and families.
Requires a Master's degree in a human service field and a full or provisional mental health license (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT). Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in youth mental health and a valid driver's license.
Responsible for clinical treatment of youth and overall clinical care coordination functions for clients in the crisis in day treatment programs Furr and CC Griffin. Split time on a rotating basis between both sites. Provides individual, group, and family therapy. Provide case management for clients, conduct CFTs, submission paperwork and PCP development. Responsibilities Provide weekly individual and group therapy Facilitate and guide clinical treatment planning for all students in Day Treatment Develop clinical interventions to be used at the sites and review incidents with staff Educate family members and school social workers regarding client progress, mental health issues, and community services Actively participate in developing Person-Centered Plans with school personnel, social services, clients, and families Complete and maintain up-to-date client records and documentation according to TPFS standards Follow conduct policies and daily operating procedures of Cabarrus County schools Provide case management duties related to CFTs, PCS, PCP development, and authorizations Make appropriate referrals as needed and discharge planning Other duties as assigned Benefits & Compensation Full Benefits Package Salary Position Equal Employment Opportunity Turning Point Homes, LLC is committed to the principle of Equal Employment Opportunity for all employees and applicants.
