The role involves planning, implementing, and administering the Workplace Violence Prevention and de-escalation programs across the health system. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, managing materials, and evaluating program effectiveness for quality improvement.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field is required, though equivalent work experience may be considered. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the field of assignment.
JOB SUMMARY Works under general supervision to provide instruction, planning, and administration of our Workplace Violence Prevention program for UTSW. Facilitates the implementation of our Work Place Violence Prevention and de-escalation program(s) at UTSW. This Training Coordinator will be one of the primary points of contact from the Health System Patient Safety department. This program development will be a multiple year, ongoing program that will require coordination with teams across the health system.
