The physical therapist ii is responsible for managing physical therapy for members, including testing and evaluating impairments, planning treatment programs, and providing direct care. They also supervise physical therapist assistants and maintain compliance with documentation and ethical standards.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Additional state licenses and certifications are required within six months of hire.
