Core responsibilities
The bcba will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of assessments and behavior plans for clients. They will also conduct training for staff and parents, and supervise other behavior analysts and technicians.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master’s degree in a relevant field and be a board certified behavior analyst in good standing. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing aba services to children with autism is required.
