What will you do as a Swim Instructor? The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills Ensure swimmer safety

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor? Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you WSI certification preferred Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs. DEPENDABILITY is a core value and a key part of the trust we build with one another and the families that we serve. Our small team requires consistent attendance to scheduled shifts is expected and I want to be upfront about this as dependability is one of the most important factors in long-term success on our team.
