Core responsibilities
Implement aba therapy programs developed by a bcba to help children with autism develop essential social, emotional, and life skills. Collect and analyze data to track client progress while collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team.
Requirements summary
Previous experience in the aba field is required, and rbt certification is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
