Behavior intervention specialist

The behavior intervention specialist develops and monitors behavior modification programs while providing training to staff on cognitive-Behavioral strategies. They also collaborate with clinical teams and families to coordinate effective treatment plans and ensure progress is documented through regular reporting.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology and have at least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Proficiency in microsoft office programs and strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
