Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Home aba therapy to children following plans designed by a bcba. They are responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in team supervision sessions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. A passion for supporting children with special needs and reliable transportation are required, while rbt and cpr certifications are preferred.
