The it professional ii performs advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-Solving for unit-Level technical support. They are responsible for hardware and software maintenance, technical oversight, and assisting with networking and disaster recovery operations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in an applicable field and at least three years of related it experience. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work on-Campus in a face-To-Face environment.
