Special Education Teacher - 50%

The teacher coordinates and provides direct instructional programs for special education students, including developing and implementing individual education programs (Ieps). They also monitor student progress, maintain classroom discipline, and collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a north carolina professional educator’s license in an exceptional children’s teaching area. A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is also required, with preferred certifications in first aid, cpr, and crisis prevention and intervention.
