Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will work alongside youth participants to provide training, support task completion, and help them meet employer expectations. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation, addressing performance issues, and fostering relationships between participants and their supervisors.

A high school diploma and experience in social services are required, with an associate or bachelor degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is also preferred, along with first aid and cpr certification.
